Disgraceful, Awful, Unacceptable, Negative, Speechless, Relegation Form......

Newcastle's season imploded on-field yesterday with an indescribable performance v Liverpool. Everything was disgusting from the Tactics, Formations, Coaching everything was what you see in a team like Derby. I was a fan of Allardyce but something awfully has gone wrong and he must go and now. That performance was the worst many fans have ever seen from a Newcastle point of view.
As soon as the team sheet was read every Newcastle knew we were going to get beat. Why? Firstly James Milner who has been our best player for the last 16 months was not even in the starting 11 and then Alan Smith somehow being good enough to take Milner’s place in the team when he has been our worst player this season. Then his decision to play 3-5-2 when you could get a 4-4-2 formation and have some width, Allardyce simply doesn’t know of the concept of strikers needing service and that comes from wingers i.e. Milner and N’Zogbia. 50,000 Newcastle fans could do better than him. Why is it football manager’s make things hard themselves?? Probably because they want the sack and get a nice pay days like McClaren.

After 2 mins of the game you could see the tactics were simply disgraceful. Fat Sam went for the 0-0 at home!!! This was simply unacceptable to every Newcastle fan in St James Park yesterday. It was an 8 man defence with Viduka and Martins isolated like that of someone going into black hole. Steven Gerrard opened the scoring after 25 mins with an unstoppable free-kick which was inevitable after dominating the first 25 mins with Newcastle hardly getting out their own half. Newcastle were lucky not to concede again after Fernando Torres missing an open goal after comedy defending let Torres through but his 1st shot hit Given in the shoulder but his 2nd hit the post with the goal gaping. Newcastle mustered ONE CHANCE in the whole first with Alan Smith shot going just wide.

The 2nd half started with Newcastle not leaving the dressing room at all as this was the worst display many fans have seen the team play at St James. It took Liverpool only 2 mins to get their 2nd when again comical defending left Dirk Kuyt with the whole of the six yard box to himself and he obliged by putting the scouser’s 2-0 ahead. The fan's turned on Fat Sam after this and deservedly so. Not even Souness and Roeder would have put this kind of performance in at St James. The whole team fell apart even more with Liverpool missing chance after chance with Torres the main culprit. Emre was taken off and Joey Barton came on roundly booed by the home fans and the biggest cheer of the day was for James Milner warming up says it all really.
Then when he did bring Milner on, he takes off Charles N'Zogbia our other winger and this brought even more booing of Allardyce. Chants of 'You don’t know what you’re doing' and 'Allardyce for England' started off all round St James Park with the Liverpool fans joining in and also starting 'You Should of Stayed at the Reebook' and 'Your Getting Sacked in the Morning' with the latter hopefully being true. By this time Liverpool had made 3-0 with Ryan Babel finishing off a slick Liverpool move. Then to top it off Stephen Carr came on for Enrique and was roundly booed and then Peter Crouch was actually applauded when coming on for he was the only England player who came out of the Croatia game with any credibility and maybe he might be a Toon player one day because he is a top quality striker in my view. Newcastle ended the game with NO shots on target which tell’s it own story.
The final whistle put Newcastle out of their own misery. Allardyce has lost the players and the fans after only 13 games which speaks volumes about his performance as manager and should be put out of his misery. Four performances on the trot along with the Derby and Man City performances have made many fans fearing a long slog of winter battling relegation which is something I didn’t envisage in the summer. Also with us playing a very good Blackburn side and then playing the league leaders Arsenal at home it is looking very bleak for us at this rate.

I was a fan of Sam Allardyce I thought the approach he did in the summer was correct, his signings were generally good and that he would bring common sense tactics and formations to the team. Sadly I was wrong with a few other Toon fans. I don't want to sack another manager but in this situation then there is no other choice, he has lost the plot completely. Tactics, Team Selections, Formations, Everything is wrong about him and every Newcastle fan can see it. I believe football fans are better manager’s than actual managers. The reason is the fact the average football fan knows more about their own team than appointing someone who has no connection with the club. The last 2 times Newcastle did this was with Sir Bobby Robson and Kevin Keegan who knew what the fans wanted, Attacking and Entertaining football and both delivered especially the latter. So is the time for Sir Alan to Arise??

WHAT HAVE WE GOT TO LOSE!!!

Omg u just plain infuriate me ... ur an idiot! and a hypocrite at that i quote from ur earlier blog .. "the managerial merry go round" .. Newcastle – Big Sam Allardyce

Sam will be given the season, and I believe he should be given 3 years at least to achieve his aims, which is to get into the top 4 and win trophies on a regular basis. He needs resources which hopefully big Mike Ashley will give to him, the signings he has made are excellent, and it was very promising start v Bolton, so lets hope for the best.

Verdict – Unlikely, unless MA wants his own way

you have clearly lived up to ur word and givin him 3 years!

i agree with this guy above u avent got a clue clearly! if we sacked alladyce what wud be the point? we wud be back at square 1 we have clearly got sum talented player who just need time to gel!

ur just a idiot

Regards,

Another proper toon fan!

Big Sam quote, take notice neesy

“At the end of the day when you take over a football club, generally it is not in a good condition - that’s why you get the job - and you have got to try to build it up from there"

Doesnt happen after 13 games, takes at least a season. We need stability if were ever going to achieve anything. Sort it out man

After 13 Games, U Expect to See Some Progress After 13 Games, We Are Going Towards Relegation At This Rate, 75% of the fans don't want him at the club, his football is the worst ever seen, his team selections and tactic's defy believe, look at saturday geremi was looking at the bench 4 instructions and he got nothing! newcastle have never ever had 0 shots on goal at home, souness or roeder would not even have put up with this
